I am playing with the full band down at the Roma Street Parklands in Brisbane on Saturday afternoon from 1:00-4:00 on the Celebration Lawn Stage which is near Roma Street Station. Its part of the IGA celebrations down there, with money raised going to charity. So some on down if you can make it, there will be lots of things to do for the kids.

Jake asked me a question about my guitar setup over on myspace, it got me thinking and the answer was a bit longer than expected, thought you all might be interested. Anyway, thanks Jake here goes:

I use a fender telecaster 2002 american standard with standard pickups except for a nashville strat pickup wired to a separate volume pot in the middle position. This enables me to blend that pickup in with any of the stabndard 3 way tel pickup combinations.

I use a 1959 fender bassman reissue thats around 12 yrs old

My pedals consist of a compressor,blues driver and tube screamer that have all been modified by a guy in the states called robert keeley of "keeley electronics"

I also have a tremolo and delay pedal from line 6 and an EQ pedal all linked into an ernie ball volume pedal.

My signal chain is... comp-eq-bd-ts-delay-trem-volume

I try and take my influences like brad paisley, keith urban, brent mason, steve morse and roll them into my own style. Which largely depends on what the particular song i'm playing requires.
